Thompson Creek HO Slot Racing Club

THE HISTORY - A member named Art Smith brought a club called HO Slot Racing to the town of Dunnville in 1993.

THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP - He went around the town looking for members to join. It was a big under taking but he got a lot of Adults and kids to come and check it out.

THE COMMITTEE - The club has a committee with the following members from an Owner, Sec./Treas., President, Public Relations and the Board of Directors.

CHAMPIONSHIP'S - The runs are in many Championship's, from the USA Open to it's own championship's in town during the Mudcat Festival weekend in June.

GROUPS - The club has three groups from C. B. A. group all race different class's from INDY, GT/CAN-AM, TRUCK, CASCAR, C O T & SPRINTS.

POWER - Each lane has it's own power from from lifelike 16 volts of power and 22 volt AFX powers too,

LANES AND ROTATION - Each lane is colour coded from red, white, blue and yellow. The computer keeps track of everything.

THE TRACK - We have two tracks that we use. The small track is used for short track racing and is 8 feet by 4 feet. The super speedway track is 12 feet by 4 feet and it is for high speed racing.

THE SEASON - It runs from July to November, and from February to June.
