INDOOR WALKING

Keep active during the winter months with Dunnville's version of "Mallwalk" at Dunnville Secondary School. Walking clubs run from October until the end of May with times available for everyone. Registration is $3.00.

Lab Boardroom - Haldimand War Memorial Hospital

This free exercise program will work on strengthening muscles, balance, coordination and overall fitness for daily living skills. Exercises will be offered to individuals according to their abilities.
